The Children’s Petting Zoo was among the biggest fair attractions. The petting zoo experienced high traffic attendance consistently throughout the day, The attraction allowed the children to be up close and personal by allowing them to pet, hold and feed the farm animals. Goats, baby donkeys, chicks, and turtles, were just a few of the animals that entertained the children. The attraction was organized by Kristy Matthies, utilized 10 volunteers. Due to the high number of requests, the petting zoo will be extended for the entire duration of the 2012 fair. This year the hours for the Petting Zoo Are:
Thur. -5pm-9pm
Fri. -5pm-10pm
Sat. -10am-10pm
